At Wattsup Customs, we take pride in our handcrafted home products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
